We at Kayant Jewelry want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your online purchase, you may return your item/s for a refund and/or exchange, 15 days from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it and unused. Discounted items and/or items at sales price are all final sales.
Refund can be denied at Kayant Jewelry’s discretion. If refund is approved and once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
If an item is returned and the reason for return is not result of Kayant Company error, the cost of shipping falls upon the customer. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
All refunds (less original shipping charges, if applicable) will be issued to the original form of payment. Depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is issued for it to post to your account.
On a refund and/or exchange, reward points may be deducted from the Member’s account that were used for the original purchase.
